On September 17-18, 2024, under the supervision of the Monastery's Science Department and Exam committee, a two-day Science and Language half-yearly exam was conducted at the Prayer Hall temple of the monastery. His Eminence Khen Rinpoche, Gegu la, Chief administrator and other faculty members of the Science Dept. and Exam Committee took part as an exam invigilator. Science has been brought into the mainstream curriculum of the monastery studies as per the vision of His Holiness the Great Dalai Lama.
